第Ⅲ套常减压蒸馏装置电脱盐改造及运行效果

摘    要:对中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司第Ⅲ套常减压蒸馏装置电脱盐加工原油性质、操作条件、运行效果进行了分析,分析结果表明:加工原油的劣质化、脱盐罐结构、操作温度、混合强度等均对电脱盐运行效果产生影响,其中一级脱盐罐的结构设计是关键因素之一。对一级高速电脱盐罐内构件进行了改造,电极板由水平式改为竖挂式后减小了极板间距提高了电场强度,且竖挂式电极板采用实心钢板以稳定电场空间;进油方式由电极板间油相进油改为从水相进油,提高了脱盐罐对原油的适应性,优化操作参数后,电脱盐设备运行稳定。在93%以上加工负荷率下改造后的电脱盐装置运行工况良好,脱后盐的质量浓度小于3 mg/L,水的质量分数小于0.1%,排水中油的质量浓度小于150 mg/L,脱盐脱水效果好,脱盐合格率高。

Abstract:The crude oil properties, operating conditions and operation results of the electric desalter of atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit III in Sinopec Guangzhou Petrochemical Company were analyzed. It was concluded that the crude oil quality, the desalting tank structure, the operating temperature and mixing intensity all had impacts on the operation results, and the structure design of the first - stage desalter tank was one of the critical factors. The internals of high - velocity electric desalter were revamped, and the vertical electrode plates were replaced with horizontal ones to reduce the plates spacing and increase the electric field intensity. Meanwhile, the vertical electrode plate with solid steel can provide stable electric field space. The oil stream entered the desalter from the water phase instead of from oil phase so as to improve the adaptability of the desalting tank to the crude oil. At the same time, the operating parameters were optimized for stable operation of the electric desalter equipment. After revamping, the electric desalting unit is running well at a load higher than 93% , and the salt content in desalted oil is less than 3 mg/L, water content lower than 0.1% , oil content in drainage less than 150 mg/L. The running results of the revamped electric desalter are satisfactory, and salt removal rate meets the design specifications.
