加氢反应流出物中铵盐腐蚀及预防

摘    要:随着加工原油的劣质化,加氢原料中S,N和Cl等腐蚀介质含量的增加,铵盐产生的腐蚀在加氢装置中更加突出。在2013年炼油区大修中,对加氢联合装置反应流出物中铵盐腐蚀情况进行了调查,主要检查了高压空冷器和高压换热器等重要设备的铵盐腐蚀情况,对各装置反应流出物铵盐腐蚀原因进行分析后提出在低腐蚀系数(Kp)环境下,保证NH4HS质量分数低于4%和监控铁离子含量的措施。

Abstract:The corrosion media like S, N and Cl, etc in the feedstocks of hydrogenation units become increasingly higher with the crude oil becoming increasingly inferior. Whereas the ammonium salt plays a more eminent role in the corrosion of hydrogenation units. In the refinery overhaul in 2013, the ammonium salt corrosion in the reactor effluent system of hydrogenation unit was investigated especially the ammonium salt corrosion in high - pressure air cooler, high - pressure heat exchanger and other important equipment, etc. After analysis of corrosion causes, the corresponding anti - corrosion measures were recommended such as that the NH4HS should be kept below 4 w% and Fe ions should be brought under control.
