不同极限黏度无磷聚合物在含余氯循环水中的应用

摘    要:对极限黏度不同的无磷聚合物AA/AMPS/HPA在含余氯配水中稳定Zn2+和PO43-的性能和缓蚀性能进行了研究,同时对聚合物极限黏度与其阻垢缓蚀性能的关系进行了研究。研究发现:余氯对AA/AMPS/HPA性能影响不大;在Ca2+质量浓度1 000 mg/L、余氯2 mg/L、Zn2+和PO43-均为6 mg/L的配水中,当碱度低于280 mg/L时AA/AMPS/HPA对Zn2+和PO43-的稳定效果较好,实验进行46 d后水中Zn2+和PO43-质量浓度约为5mg/L;当碱度增加为900 mg/L后AA/AMPS/HPA对Zn2+和PO43-的稳定效果较差,实验结束时水中Zn2+和PO43-质量浓度仅为3 mg/L左右;AA/AMPS/HPA对碳钢有一定的缓蚀作用,极限黏度低于0.12 dL/g的AA/AMPS/HPA对碳钢的缓蚀效果较好,腐蚀速率约为0.035 mm/a。不同极限黏度的AA/AMPS/HPA性能差别不大,总体上极限黏度低于0.12 dL/g时,AA/AMPS/HPA的阻垢性能和缓蚀性能稍好。

Abstract:The fouling and corrosion inhibition performances against Zn^2+ and PO4^3- of non -phosphorus polymers AA/AMPS/ HPA with different limiting viscosities were studied in high residual chlorine water. The relationship between the limiting viscosity and the corrosion inhibition performance of copolymers were investigated. The results showed that the residual chlorine had littleimpact on the fouling inhibitors' performance of the non - phosphorus polymer AA/AMPS/HPA. In the cooling water with Ca^2+ 1 000mg/L, residual chlorine 2 mg/L, Zn^2+ 6 mg/L, P043- 6 mg/L and alkalinity 280 mg/L, the fouling inhibition performances of these polymers against Zn^2+ and Ca3 ( PO4 )2 were good. After 46 days, the content of Zn^2+ and PO4^3- in the water was about 5 mg/L. When alkalinity was increased to 900 mg/L in the cooling water, the fouling inhibition performances of polymers AA/AMPS/HPA to Zn^2+ and PO4^3- were poor. At the end of the test, the mass content Zn^2+ and PO4^3- was only about 3 mg/L in the water. The polymers AA/AMPS/HPA with limiting viscosity lower than 0.12 dL/g had excellent corrosion inhibition for carbon steel, and the corrosion rate was 0. 035 mm/a. The non - phosphorus polymers AA/AMPS/HPA with different limiting viscosities had little difference in their inhibition performance. Generally, the fouling inhibitors AA/AMPS/ HPA offer better fouling and corrosion inhibition performances when the upper limit viscosity is below 0.12 dL/g.
