超耐热间隙型导线在220 kV输电线路中应用与实践

摘    要:2009 年,浙江绍兴进行了220 kV苍岩-雅致输电线增容改造施工,把旧双回线路LGJ-500/45 型导线更换成GZTACSR-445 型超耐热间隙型导线。间隙型导线用于老旧线路增容改造,可以缩短停电时间,节约建设投资,在电网增容改造中前途广阔。介绍了GZTACSR-445 型超耐热间隙型导线的结构、物理参数、低弧垂特性、超容量特性及相关施工金具,总结了超耐热间隙型导线的架线施工工艺。

Abstract:During expansion reformation of the Cangyan-Yazhi 220 kV transmission lines in 2009,the original LGJ-500/45-type conductor was replaced by the GZTACSR-445 super heat-resisting gap-type conductor.It is proved that application of gap-type conductor in expansion reformation of old transmission lines has such advantages as shortening power interruption time and saving project cost,and has a good prospect in expansion reformation of power grids.An introduction is made to the structure,physical parameters,low-sag features,super capacity and relevant metal fittings of the GZTACSR-445 super heat-resisting gap type conductor,and summarizes its stringing construction technologies.
