飞行试验中转子故障模式的模糊识别方法

摘    要:故障模式的识别是工程实际中进行故障诊断的一个难点,对此提出了将模糊方程应用于飞行试验中航空发动机转子故障模式识别的方法.简要介绍了模糊方程的基本原理,根据飞行试验的工程特点,定义了故障模式和故障特征向量,建立了隶属度矩阵.最后利用实测飞行故障数据对该方法进行了验证并取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:Fault mode recognition is a difficult task of fault diagnosis in engineering.A mode recognition method of aero-engine rotor fault in flight test based on fuzzy equation is proposed.The basic principle of fuzzy equation is introduced,then the fault mode,fault feature vector and membership matrix according to the features of flight test are presented.Finally,the fault data of an engine in flight test are analyzed by using this method,and the results show that the method is feasible and effective.
