新型软开关逆变电源设计

摘    要:介绍一种新型软开关逆变电源,该新型逆变电源利用直流斩波环节进行功率调节。与传统ZCT-PWM BUCK斩波调节方式不同,该新型逆变电源在直流斩波环节增加了一个辅助功率开关器件及谐振电感、谐振电容等元件,克服了传统ZCT-PWM波不能零电流开通和负载续流二极管不能软关断的缺点。文章分析了电路工作原理并进行实验,实验结果表明该新型软开关逆变电源可以在高频下高效可靠地运行。

Abstract:A new type of soft switch BUCK is introduced to regulate the output power of an inverter in this paper. The drawbacks of the conventional ZCT -PWM BUCK chopper can be overcome by the proposed chopper. By adding some auxiliary switching elements, such as a resonant inductor as well as a capacitor, and compared with the hard switc- hing chopper, that the main switching element turned on in ZCS and the main diode turned off in soft state can be real- ized with the proposed one. The power system is provided with lower switching losses, simpler structure and easier controlled performance. This paper analyses the circuit principle and experiment, the experimental results show that the cost-effeetive prototype based on the proposed chopper is suceessfully operated at output up to 2.5 kW.
