摘    要:针对液压支架十字头万向接的结构特点 ,采用Comos/M软件对其进行了有限元分析 ,找出了危险点的位置及应力值 ,并对十字头的变形位移、应力分布规律进行了研究 ,得出了较为明确的结论。此研究方法和结论 ,对同类问题的解决具有一定的参考价值

Abstract:For the special structure of the cross connector, a finite element analysis for it with the solid element is made. From the calculating results, the maximum stress and its position have been obtained. Based on it, the distribution law of displacement and stress of cross connector is determined and the conclusion is abstained. The method and conclusion presented in this paper will have reference value to the same type cross connectors.
