摘    要:介绍了DLAS(半导体激光调制吸收光谱)技术原理、仪器性能特点和基本结构,以及在干熄焦循环气体在线检测应用中的优势。该激光气体分析仪测量不受背景气体交叉干扰,测量准确性高;无需采样预处理,系统响应速度快、可靠性高,维护费用低;不受粉尘与视窗污染的影响,恶劣工业环境适应能力强。实际生产表明,基于DL气S技术的激光气体分析仪可以有效地满足干熄焦循环气体的在线浓度监测。

Abstract:DLAS(semi-conductor laser modulation and absorption spectrum), analyzer performance feature and basic structure as well as advantage in on-line application of CDQ circulating gas were described. The measurement of the laser gas analyzer is not subject to background gas cross interference with high measurement accuracy; pre-treatment on sample is not required, it has the advantages over fast system response speed, higher reliability and lower maintenance fee. It is not influenced by coke fine and pollution of sight glass, it has strong ability to suit to worse industrial environment. The actual production shows that laser gas analyzer based on DLAS technology can effectively meet the requirement of on-line concentration monitoring of CDQ circulating gas.
