内部热交换型节能蒸馏技术进展

摘    要:在分析常规精馏过程中质量传递和热量传递特点的基础上,提出了内部热交换型精馏塔(HIDiC)的节能原理,并对其构造特征、工艺操作特性、操作回流比影响因素、节能效果、HIDiC的控制技术和研究开发现状进行了介绍。

Abstract:The energy-saving principle for a heat integrated distillation column(HIDiC) and introduction of the characteristics of its structure and performance were presented,based on the analysis of heat and mass transfer in distillation tower.The study on the effect of operational reflux ratio on energy-saving was also introduced and an overview for control technique and development status of HIDiC was made as well.
