摘    要:本文在佣分析的基础上提出了制冷机组双冷凝器设计和冷凝热焓差再分配的概念以某饭店的一台电动蒸汽压缩式水冷制冷机组为例综合分析了进出机组的能量流和(yong)流:分析结果显示蒸汽压缩式制冷机组的(yong)损失源于蒸汽压缩制冷原理固有的缺陷,冷凝排出的(yong)是机组主要的(yong)损失之一:在简要分析了已提出的各种冷凝热回收理论和技术的特点的基础上,提出了一种空调系统节能的新方法,采用两级冷凝直接回收制冷机组的冷凝热,并以此为依据对该宾馆的制冷机组进行了改造:实验表明改造后该饭店热力站系统的能耗显著降低,并且与改造前相比机组的性能得到改善。

Abstract:The dual-condenser design of chiller was presented in detailed based on the exergy analysis,as well as the concept of condensation entropy re-allocation.The energy and exergy distribution of a chiller was analyzed comprehensively with an example of an electric vapor-compression chiller in a hotel. The analysis result showed that the exergy loss roots from the connatural defect of vapor-compression refrigeration principle and the exergy discharge by condensation is one of the main exergy losses.The characteristics of various existent heat-recycle theories or technologies were analyzed in brief. And a new energy-saving method, surplus heat recycle by two-stage condensation, was conducted and applied to the chiller.The experiment illustrated that the performance of the chiller is improved after retrofit than before, and theenergy cost is lowered greatly.
