摘    要:为了实践我国新工科教育和成果导向教育,教学模式和教学内容需要做出相应的更新。针对电力电子技术课程中功率开关部分授课内容和授课手段比较薄弱的现实问题,以逆导型IGBT的物理结构、开关特性以及抑制电压回跳现象为例,给出采用计算机辅助分析软件Silvaco TCAD辅助分析功率开关特性的教学手段,并邀请有经验的研究生课上和课下示范讲解软件使用规范和技巧,激发学生的学习兴趣和热情。

Abstract:In order to practice the new engineering education and achievement oriented education in China, the teaching model and teaching content need to be updated accordingly. Aiming at the practical problem that the teaching content and teaching means of power switch in power electronic technology course are relatively weak, taking the physical structure, switching characteristics and suppression of voltage bounce of reverse conduction IGBT as an example, the teaching means of computer-aided analysis software SILVACO TCAD is given to analyze the characteristics of power switch, Experienced graduate students are invited to demonstrate and explain the software usage norms and skills in class and after class, so as to stimulate students'' interest and enthusiasm in learning.
