新型双作用无接触滑片泵的分析研究

摘    要:通过分析滑片泵存在的缺陷,提出了一种利用滚柱控制滑片运动轨迹,使滑片与定子内表面保持微小间隙的新型双作用无接触滑片泵。经对比分析和试验,表明该新型滑片泵结构独特,滑片受力良好、无磨损、流量稳定、高效节能,是一种性能优越的滑片泵新产品。

Abstract:A new type of Double-acting Contactless Sliding-vane Pump was put forward to the defect analyzed on Shding-vane, which uses roller to control the locus of sliding vane to insure the minute gap between the stator and sliding vane . Basicing on the comparison , we can find the new type of Shding-vane Pump has comparison performances , such as unique structure, good stress on sliding vane and steady flux.
