基于ICL7107的锂电池保护板漏电流测试仪

摘    要:据统计,锂电池保护板漏电流过大,约占总量的3‰左右。针对锂电池保护板漏电流过大将引起电池存储寿命缩短,严重时可损坏电池的问题,利用集成电路ICL7107,设计了锂电池保护板漏电流快速检测仪,并详细介绍了该测试仪的工作原理。实际应用结果表明,该测试仪可对锂电池产品质量进行有效地监控。

Abstract:According to the statistic, lithium battery armour plate leak current occupies ‰ of the total amount approximately. Aiming at the battery shorter life and damage caused by excessive leak current of the armour plate, the rapid test instrumentation of lithium battery armour plate leak current was designed using ICL7107. And working principle of the test instrument was described in detail. Realistic application indicates that the test instrument can monitor lithium battery product quality effectively.
