摘    要:介绍了一起500 kV断路断口间均压电容器的介损及电容量试验与一次检修联合作业过程中的安全事故,并且通过电气回路图及基于此电气回路图的微分方程对产生安全事故的原因进行了分析,提出对开关断口间均压电容器进行介损试验前必须进行周密的危险点预测和分析,以杜绝潜在的人身伤害.

Abstract:An accident in the dielectric loss factor and capacitance test across open contacts of 500 kV circuit breaker and in the maintenance is introduced.The causes of the fault are analyzed through electric circuit diagram and the differential equation based on the circuit diagram.It is pointed out that the danger point should be predicted before the dielectric loss factor test,on the grading capacitor which across the circuit breaker open contacts,to prevent potential personal injury.
