| 摘 要： | 给出了弹簧片弯曲模实用结构 ,介绍了模具工作过程 ,计算了弹簧片的回弹量。该弯曲模采用一个垂直浮动凸模和两个水平移动的成形模块 ,使成形工件的弯曲回弹获得补偿。

| Abstract: | A practical structure of the bending die for forming spring pieces is presented.The working process of the die is introduced.The rebound quantity of the spring pieces has been calculated.A vertically floating punch and two horizontally movable die blocks are used for the die to compensate the rebound of the formed spring pieces. |
