摘    要:以W 30 - 1为主成膜物 ,铝粉为颜料 ,无机硅酸盐为填料的涂层耐高温性能优异 ,无机填料的加入提高了涂膜的耐介质性且不影响产品的外观特征。固化剂的使用解决了漆膜修补及在大型设备上推广应用的限制 ,同时提高了涂料的内在品质

Abstract:This article describes the study of high temperature coating including aluminium,which has the excellent performance of the endurable high temperature.The coating consists of W30-1 as main base,powdered aluminium as pigment,inorganic silicate as filler which improve the coat of the endurable media performance.The application of solidifying agent resolves the limitation in repair of the coat and in the application of the coating on the large scale equipments.
