| 摘 要： | 以旋流浮选机为模型,使用FLUENT数值模拟软件,运用RSM湍流模型和MIXTURE多相流模型,对旋流浮选机内部流场进行了数值模拟,并结合理论和工业试验,分析了旋流浮选机的速度场、压力场对浮选的影响。数值计算结果表明,旋流浮选机能有效地提高分离效率并减少运行能耗,双层入口结构能增强二次矿化能力。
