| 摘 要： | 某大型药厂75t/h循环流化床锅炉自从竣工投产后,热效率一直较低,并且装置一直不能达标达产。通过对锅炉进行热效率查定,找到原因,并针对所发现的问题制定对应的技改方案。改造完后,进行达标达产验收连续测试,取得了较满意的效果。

| Abstract: | The thermal efficiency of a large pharmaceutical 75t / h CFB boiler is low and the device could not meet the production goal since production.After assess thermal efficiency,the reason is found.Technical improvement is implemented according to the problems found.After the improvement,the continuous testing shows that the device obtains satisfactory results. |
