灌区自动化阀位状态显示的实现

格尔木炼化厂对所有灌区装置DCS系统进行改造，由原来的IFIX系统改为FOXBORO公司的I／A系统。DCS系统组态阀位状态显示及报警功能，原来在IFIX系统中是通过运用大量的VB逻辑程序实现，由于IFIX系统和I／A系统的运用逻辑程序不一致，所以要实现以上功能则需重新编程。实验发现，可利用I／A系统的GDEV通用设备控制模块来实现阀位状态显示及报警功能。

Irrigated Area Automatization Valve Status Display

Ge ＇ermu Refinery retro fitted DCS system of Irrigated Area and the system will be changed from IFIX to FOXBORO I/A system. DCS system＇s configuration includes valve status display and alarm function. The original system is achieved based on a large number of VB programs in IFIX system, but the logic program between IFIX system and I/A system is different. Thus, reprogramming shall be a must job to perform all functions. Finally, it was found that I/A system＇s GDEV general device control modules could used to perform valve status display and alarm functions.
