摘 要: | 格尔木炼化厂对所有灌区装置DCS系统进行改造,由原来的IFIX系统改为FOXBORO公司的I/A系统。DCS系统组态阀位状态显示及报警功能,原来在IFIX系统中是通过运用大量的VB逻辑程序实现,由于IFIX系统和I/A系统的运用逻辑程序不一致,所以要实现以上功能则需重新编程。实验发现,可利用I/A系统的GDEV通用设备控制模块来实现阀位状态显示及报警功能。

Abstract: | Ge 'ermu Refinery retro fitted DCS system of Irrigated Area and the system will be changed from IFIX to FOXBORO I/A system. DCS system's configuration includes valve status display and alarm function. The original system is achieved based on a large number of VB programs in IFIX system, but the logic program between IFIX system and I/A system is different. Thus, reprogramming shall be a must job to perform all functions. Finally, it was found that I/A system's GDEV general device control modules could used to perform valve status display and alarm functions. |
