摘    要:提出一种基于变电站出线馈线断路器、智能柱上断路器和智能负荷开关的10kV架空线带接地保护自动化方案,能够对架空线路瞬间故障进行自动隔离和排除,并能快速对永久性故障进行有效的判断和隔离。实际应用结果表明,本方案的应用减小了停电小时的户数,缩短了检修时间,并提高了系统运行的稳定性。

A Discussion about an Distributed Automation Solution on 10kV Aerial Wire with Grounding Protection

Abstract:This paper presents an distributed automatic solution with ground protection on 10kV aerial wire, which is based on the substation feeder circuit breaker, the smart pole circuit breaker and the load circuit breaker. This solution can isolate and exclude aerial wire transient fault automatically, and isolate the permanent fault immediately.Practical application results show that the application of the solution reduces the hours of power failure, reduces maintenance time and improve the stability of power system.
