| 摘 要： | 大学和高等教育系统在全球化浪潮的冲击下不得不要进行变革。本文将日本高等教育的改革置于全球视野下进行审视,认为高等教育在从精英向大众化、从大众化向普及化的阶段过渡中,面对“市场力量”和“开放与竞争”的压力是一种必然的趋势。

| Abstract: | Under the impacts of globalization tidal wave, university and higher education system have to make reforms.This essay surveys higher education reform of Japan in the perspective of globalization,and comes to the conclusion that in the phase transitions from elite to massification,and massification to universalization,higher education will face the presses of "market force","openness and competition",and it is an inevitable trend. |
