基于Pro/E的减速箱齿轮三维参数化建模方法研究

摘    要:针对减速箱齿轮设计手段的不足,将CAD/CAE技术引入设计开发领域。笔者运用Pro/E软件建立了一个三维参数驱动圆柱齿轮模型,此模型既保证了齿廓的渐开线形状,又使其能够根据输入的关键参数改变尺寸和形状。提出的基于参数驱动思想的设计方法使设计工作实现智能化、快速化,对于提高设计质量,缩短设计周期,降低产品成本,快速满足市场需求具有重要意义。

Abstract:The author introduces the CAD/CAE technology in the reducer gear design region in view of insufficiency on the existing design methods. By using Pro/E software, a parametric model of cylindrical gear is constructed. The model can be easily changed in terms of gear geometric parameters. This gnarantees the involute profile of the gear, and its size can be changed according to essential parameters which are input. Such design method based on parametric thought could help to achieve in- telligentization and speedup, and has significant meaning on improving design quality, shortening the design cycle, decreasing cost, and rapidly satisfying the market.
