摘    要:以离体培养HeLa细胞存活曲线研究了S-8712对乏氧细胞放射增敏效果。实验结果表明浓度为2m mol/L时,以D_0和D_q分别计算所得增敏比(SER)为1.04和1.26。6m mol/L的SER则分别为1.35和1.25。该化合物对有氧细胞的亚致死损伤修复有抑制作用,但对有氧细胞放射敏感性没有影响。

Abstract:The radiosensitizing effect of non-nitro compound S-8712 on HeLa-S_3 cell line was investigated, using cell colony forming assay in vitro. When theconcentration of compound was 2 mmol/L, sensitizer enhancement ratio (SER) ofhypoxic cells calculated according to the ratio of D_0 and D~q was 1.04 and 1.26.When the concentration of S-8172 raised to 6 mmol/L SER was 1.35 and 1.25 res-pectively. It showed that the radiosensitizing effect of S-8712 was less then MISO atsame concentratron. The effect of S-8712 was also observed on oxic HeLa-S_3 cells.This compound demonstrated marked inhibition on repair of sublethal damage foraerobic cells.
