用电渗法测定电池碳棒的毛细管半径

摘    要:利用电渗法可以测定电池碳棒毛细管半径r值.r值大的碳棒,透气性优于r值小的;r值为零的,说明碳棒毛细管已全被堵塞或不存在毛细管,没有透气性.r值是鉴定碳棒透气性的一项很有用的指标.用本方法测得的毛细管半径是宏观平均值.

Abstract:The value of r,mean radius of capillary tubes in carbon rod of batteries, was determined by electroosmosis method. The carbon rods with larger value of r have better air permeating performance than that with smaller r,and the zero radius is indicative of blockage of the capillary tubes. So,the value r is an useful index that appraises air permeability in carbon rod.
