| 摘 要： | 利用二甲基二氯硅烷(M2)、三甲基一氯硅烷(M3)通过水解、脱水、调聚、脱除低分子反应制备低黏度硅油,介绍了该工艺的流程,试验确定了低黏度硅油的最佳工艺。可根据要求,通过该工艺生产出黏度为10~100 mm2/s中的不同黏度值的低黏度硅油。
