摘    要:瞬变电磁发射机是应用于深部地质探测的重要仪器设备,为了提高瞬变电磁发射机的安全性能,针对瞬变电磁发射机可能出现的过电压、过电流、功率器件温度过高和水冷系统水泵异常等状况,设计了硬件电路保护系统.对该保护系统原理进行了详细地分析,完成电路设计,并给出了关键元件参数.相比于软件保护系统,硬件电路保护具有响应无延迟、高可靠性...

Abstract:Transient electromagnetic transmitter is an important equipment applied in deep geological exploration,in order to improve the safety performance of transient electromagnetic transmitter,in view of the transient electromagnetic transmitter possible over voltage,over current,power devices such as high temperature and water cooling system water pump abnormal conditions designed the hardware circuit protection system,to protect the system principle has carried on the detailed analysis and circuit design,design parameters,and gives the key elements compared to the software protection system,the hardware circuit to protect the response without delay,the advantages of high reliability,high stability.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the hardware circuit protection system are verified by experiments.
