羟烷基酰胺体系低温固化超耐候粉末涂料用聚酯树脂的合成研究

摘    要:为克服聚酯树脂的性能缺陷,进一步提升羟烷基酰胺体系超耐候粉末涂料的耐候性能,使用溶液聚合制备环氧基丙烯酸酯预聚物,通过研究丙烯酸预聚物环氧值、用量对改性聚酯性能的影响,考察酸解剂对聚酯性能的作用,采用酯化缩聚工艺设计并制备出适用于羟烷基酰胺( Primid)体系低温固化超耐候粉末涂料的新型聚酯树脂。结果表明:合成的新型聚酯具有高反应活性, 160 ℃固化涂层可兼顾耐冲击性和流平效果,涂料同时具有优异的贮存稳定性和突出的超耐候性。

Abstract:In order to overcome the performance defects of polyester resin and improve the weatherability of super weather resistant powder coatings base on primid(HAA),an epoxy acrylate prepolymer were prepared by solution polymerization.Effect of epoxy value and acrylate polymer content were investigated.The influence of acidolysis agent on the performance of powder coatings were studied.The polyester resin,designed and prepared by esterification polycondensation process,was suitable for low temperature curing super weather resistant powder coatings base on primid(HAA).The test result showed that the synthesized polyester provided high reactivity and was suitable for low temperature curing at 160℃.The cured coatings film indicated a balances for both impact resistance and leveling performance,and as well as provided a good storage stability and outstanding weather resistance.
