高频电源在火电厂电除尘上的改造与节能分析

摘    要:华电国际邹县发电厂#1炉电除尘一电场共4台高频电源,升级改造采用GGYAj-STR05-1.0A/72 kV型高频电源。改造后提高设备可靠性,并且实现高低压设备联动,提高振打,并改进了系统的清灰除尘效果。通过改造,电除尘系统的用电单耗显著降低,节电率改善69.6%,系统性地提高了除尘器的除尘效率,改善值为29.5%。

Abstract:Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant #1 boiler electric dust removal electric field has a total of 4 high-frequency power supplies.The upgrade and transformation adopts GGYAj-STR05-1.0A/72 kV high-frequency power supply.After the transformation,the reliability of the equipment is improved,and the linkage of high and low voltage equipment is realized,and the increase of rapping improves the dust removal effect of the system.Through the transformation,the unit power consumption of the electrostatic precipitator system was significantly reduced,the power saving rate was improved by 69.6%,and the dust removal efficiency of the precipitator was systematically improved,with an improvement value of 29.5%.
