| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of operation and maintenance support and business development needs in the industry.From the perspective of management,it discusses how cable network companies can formulate scientific and feasible management measures by improving operation and maintenance management specifications and processes,technical training and fault handling,so as to complete the construction of operation and maintenance support system,and adapt to the increasingly complex network and business operation and maintenance support needs,and provide users with excellent service,improve user experience. |
