摘    要:以二氧化钛负载磷钨钼杂多酸为催化剂,通过丁醛和1,2-丙二醇反应合成了丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛。系统考察了丁醛和1,2-丙二醇物质的量比、催化剂用量,以及反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。确定的适宜工艺条件为n(丁醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.7,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.0%,带水剂环己烷8mL,反应时间1.0h。在此反应条件下,丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达80.8%.

Abstract:Using butyraldehyde and 1,2-propanediol as raw materials, H3PW6Mo6O 40 /TiO2 as catalyst, butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal is synthesized. Various factors concerned in the reaction, such as mass ratio, the content of catalyst and reaction time have been investigated. The optimum conditions have been found, that is, the molar ratio of butyraldehyde to 1,2-propanediol is 1 to 1.7, the mass ratio of the catalyst used is 1.0% of the total reactants, the water-carrying agent cyclohexane is 8 mL and the reaction time is 1.0h. Under these conditions, the yield of butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal can be reached 80.8%.
