新型户外端子箱在变电站的应用

摘    要:玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料(SMC)和硅胶超薄加热器为变电站户外端子箱的设计提供了新的选择。以220kV万安变电站中新型户外端子箱的应用为实例,分析了传统户外端子箱箱体材料的特点和除湿方式,介绍了新型户外端子箱的特点及性能试验结果,阐述了新型端子箱中硅胶超薄加热器的除湿系统的工作原理。新型户外端子箱的实际应用效果良好。

Abstract:Sheet molding compound (SMC) and silica gel ultrathin beater provide new options to the design of outdoor terminal box of substation. Taking its application in the 220 kV Wan-an substation as an example, the features of box-shell materials and dehumidification modes of traditional outdoor terminal box are analyzed. The features and performance test results of the new outdoor terminal box are presented, the working principle of the dehumidification system of the silica gel ultrathin heater is expounded. Its application turns out to be fine.
