| 摘 要： | 本文以中国地质大学（北京）地球科学与资源学院为例,对目前地学乃至全国研究生培养中出现的问题作一些剖析。问题主要是：①研究生整体专业水平丞待加强;②就业压力增大;③对专业的态度不积极;④学费压力增加。提出研究生的培养和管理是全社会的事,应当给予足够的重视。
