摘    要:化成是铅酸电池生产的关键步骤之一。本文通过化学分析,扫描电镜(SEM)观察及差热分析(DTA)等对正极板化成过程中PbO_2含量变化,形貌和热分析特性作了分析探讨,并比较了添加剂对上述性能的影响。

Abstract:In the lead/acid battery manufacturing process,the formation was one of the key steps. Chemical analysis,SEM observation and DTA analysis were used to study the PbO2 content structure and the thermal decomposition mechanism of formed plates. At the same time,experiments were made on plates with the additive.
