Ti3SiC2陶瓷材料的研究进展

摘    要:层状结构的Ti3SiC2陶瓷属于六方晶体结构,空间群为P63/mmc. 它结合了金属和陶瓷的许多优异性能, 如极好的导电、导热能力, 优良的可加工性, 高的抗氧化性、耐化学腐蚀性, 出色的抗热震性、高温强度和高温塑性, 良好的自润滑性等, 因而可以预料Ti3SiC2将成为重要的高温结构陶瓷和功能材料. 该文从Ti3SiC2材料的结构、组成与性能入手, 对其制备方法及应用进行综合评述.

Abstract:The layered ceramic material Ti_3SiC_2 has a hexagonal crystallographic structure with space group P6_3/mmc.It combines both the merits of the metals and ceramics and possesses a lot of attractive properties such as excellent thermal and electrical conductivity,good machinability,high oxide and chemical corrosion resistance,good thermal shock resistance and high temperature strength,and good plastic deformation and self-lubricaton abilities.So Ti_3SiC_2 is estimated to be a promising candidate for high temperature structure ceramic and functional materials.Thereby the present paper examines and evaluates the properties, fabrication method and application of Ti_3SiC_2.
