钻孔灌注桩桩底后注浆技术及施工质量控制

摘    要:结合工程实例,介绍了钻孔灌注桩桩底后注浆技术及施工质量控制方法。当灌注桩持力层为类似卵砾石层等地层时,该技术对提高桩端承载力最为有效,单桩注浆后的承载力可提高25%。温州财富广场某商务写字楼工程采用该技术施工,取得了明显的技术效果和经济效益。

Abstract:This paper introduces the technology and construction quality control methods of pile bottom grouting for bored pile. The technology improves the load-bearing pile most effective, when bearing stratum is gravel layer in similar. The bearing capacity of single pile can be increased by 25%. A commercial office project in Wenzhou Fortune Plaza achieved remarkable technology results and economic benefits as result of adopting this technology.
