| 摘 要： | 自动调焦技术是提高CCD摄像机测量精度的一个重要手段,特别是在小景深及高精度的测量中.图像清晰度评价函数是计算机自动调焦中的关键技术.本文介绍了针对几种图像清晰度评价函数实现的CCD自动调焦过程以及调焦后可在低分辨率CCD摄像机上获得高分辨率图像的手段.

| Abstract: | Auto-focusing technology is an important way of improving the measurement accuracy of CCD camera,espe-cially in the process of measuring small depth of field and high accuracy.Image definition criterion function is the key tech-nology of computer auto-focusing.This article introduced several image definition criterions.They are refered to achieve the process of CCD auto-focusing and obtain the method of high resolution image on low resolution CCD camera. |
