防砂卡封隔器的研制与应用

出砂井采油时经常会出现砂埋封隔器现象,造成液流不能流入油管,为此研制了防砂卡封隔器。该封隔器主要由上接头、上密封圈、引砂接头、内管、封隔器、变扣接头和沉砂接头等部分组成,具有进液通道和沉砂通道,工作可靠,易于加工、组装和维修。油管与套管环形空间的砂子下沉后,在引砂管的作用下,经引砂接头下落,再从内管与封隔器的环形空间落入沉砂接头的沉砂通道。5口井的现场试验表明,该封隔器下井后经验封试压,密封套管成功,达到了分层采油的目的,截至2007年5月,已推广使用了79口井,全部取得成功。

Development and application of packer for sand-up prevention

The phenomenon of sand burying packer often occurs in sand-producing well,resulting in fluid unable to flow into the tubing.Therefore,the packer for sand-up prevention is developed.The packer is mainly composed of upper adapter,upper o-ring,sand-leading adapter,inner tubing,packer and thread-switching adapter.It has fluid-entering channel and sand-sinking channel with reliable operation and easy processing,assembling and maintaining.The sand between the casing and tubing,after sinking,falls down through the sand-leading adapter under the action of sand-leading tubing,and then enters into the sand-sinking channel of the sand-sinking adapter from the annulus between the inner tubing and the packer.The field test in 79 wells indicates that this kind of packer has a suitable design and credible work.It's easy to be processed,assembled and maintained and it can be used widely.
