金厂峪金矿充填尾砂基本性能试验研究

摘    要:充填尾砂基本性能试验是充填技术应用的基础性工作。通过对金厂峪金矿充填尾砂进行物化性质测定及尾砂沉降试验、饱和度试验和泌水试验,全面掌握了充填尾砂基本特性;根据试验结果并结合强度试验及料浆扩散度试验确定了料浆输送浓度为70%~72%,充填灰砂比(1∶4)~(1∶8),为金厂峪金矿充填工艺及充填系统设计提供了基础数据。

Experimental study on basic performance of Jinchangyu filling tailings

Abstract:The test on basic performance of filling tailings constitutes the fundamental work in the application of filling technology. In the paper,the physico-chemical properties of filling tailings are tested ,and thetailings sedimentation test, saturation concentration test and bleeding test are carried out to obtain the basic characteristics of filling railings. Based on the results and those of the strength and slurry diffusance tests, the delivery concentration of slurry is reeognised as 70 % to 72 % , and cement-sand ratio is between 1: 4 and 1 : 8. The data are fundamental for the design of the filling process and filling system in Jinchangyu Gold Mine.
