| 摘 要： | 为促进士官教员队伍的可持续发展，对雷达装备课教员队伍中引入士官教员的相关问题进行了探讨。首先分析了雷达装备课士官教员的特点，论述了士官教员的使用策略和能力提升途径，最后提出了建立制度机制、选好苗子、改善条件、营造良好育人环境等思路。

| Abstract: | In order to facilitate the sustainable development of sergeant teacher team, this article deals with the relative issues of drawing sergeant teachers into the teacher team for radar equipment course. First, the author analyzes the features of sergeant teachers in radar equipment course, then, expounds the strategy of employing them and the approach of improving their ability, and finally, comes up with some train of thoughts including setting up system mechanism, selecting good candidates, improving the conditions and constructing a better education circumstance, etc. |
