士官雷达基础与操作课程教学方法探析

摘    要:为了提高士官班雷达基础与操作课程的教学质量,使学员更能胜任岗位任职需求,通过研究士官学员及课程的特点,从教材分析、教学手段与教学方式改进、课程评价模式等方面进行了探析,提出了如“实践-理论-实践”等一系列适合士官班的教学方法。教学实践证实了这些方法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to improve the teaching quality of the radar fundamentals and operation course for sergeant class and to qualify them for future post in service, this article proposes a series of teaching approaches for sergeant class, such as practice-theory-practice, by discussing the features of sergeant cadets and their courses, and based on analysis of teaching materials, improvement of teaching means and modes, modes of course assessment, etc. The teaching practice proves those proposed approaches to be of effectiveness.
