矿井通风系统可靠性量化分析

摘    要:矿井通风系统是矿山生产的重要系统之一,对其进行可靠性分析具有现实意义。从主要通风机系统和通风网络两部分对矿井通风系统进行了可靠性量化分析。鉴于主要通风机系统的冷储备可修特性,应用Markov过程理论,建立矿井主要通风机的可靠性量化模型;在各风路可靠性的基础上结合网络流理论知识运用"布尔代数"、"删去留下"等方法建立矿井通风网络可靠性量化模型。最后,基于"串联网路",建立了矿井通风系统可靠性量化模型,并经实例验证其可行性。

Abstract:Mine ventilation system is one important system in mineproduction, making its reliability analysis practically significant. The paper carries out the quantitative analysis of mine ventilation system on reliability of the main fan system and the ventilation network. In view of the cool-stock maintainable characteristic of main fan system, the paper applies Markov process theory to set up reliability quantitative model of the mine main fan' Based on the branch reliability,the paper applies methods like " Boolean algebra" and " delete and leave" to set up reliability quantitative model of mine ventilation network combined with the network flow theory. Finally, based on the series network, the paper sets up reliability quantitative model of mine ventilation system which is proved to be feasible by practices.
