| 摘 要： | CR系统在骨与关节、软组织的x线诊断中已广泛应用。笔者就膝关节常规正、侧位进行三组曝光，并与铝梯做对应测试研究。同时利用CR系统的信息处理，论证曝光条件与影像密度谐调的辩证关系。

| Abstract: | Computer Radiography(CR)system is already widely used in the diagnosis of bones,joints and soft tissues.We have carried out three sets of knee joint exposure:normal front position and two side positions,and studied in comparison with respective aluminum wedge exposure tests.By taking full advantage of the data processing function of the CR system,we have studied the relationship between the exposure conditions and the resulted image density gradation. Results were studied through the SC coordination of the CR system and three monitors.Quantitative control of the imaging quality was achieved and appropriate knee joint CR exposure parameters to yield the best image satisfactory for diagnosis can be obtained. |
