盾构250m半径曲线始发段管片姿态控制技术

摘    要:针对广州地铁6号线某盾构工程250m半径曲线上盾构始发段隧道的管片姿态控制问题,从盾构机控制、管片控制、注浆控制和测量控制四个方面进行了施工技术处理,工程实践证明:首先做好盾构机选型,然后通过选择合适的始发方向来控制盾构机的姿态,从而控制隧道的成型质量;在管片拼装完成后,结合同步注浆、二次注浆来稳定成型隧道;并且通过加强管片姿态监测及时调整掘进参数,能够确保隧道施工质量满足设计和规范要求。

Abstract:Considering the state control of tunnel tube of shield launching segment on 250 m radius curve in a shield project of Guangzhou Subway Line 6, technical construction measures are adopted on the following four aspects, including shield machine control, tube control, grouting control and measurement control. Engineering practices show that type of shield machine shall be determined at first and then forming quality of tunnel may be controlled by using appropriate launching direction to control the state of shield machine; after tubes are assembled, formed tunnel may be stabilized through simultaneous grouting and secondary grouting; excavation parameters shall be adjusted in time according to strict monitoring on tube state, so as to guarantee that construction quality of tunnel can satisfy the design and normative requirements.
