摘    要:本文对目前应用于烧结法生产氧化铝粗液脱硅工序的几种一段脱硅工艺进行了比较.并计算了各种脱硅工艺的能耗。结果表明,各种脱硅工艺中常压连续脱硅工艺的新蒸气消耗量最低.仅为直接加热连续脱硅工艺的52%;常压连续脱硅的的综合能耗也很低,仅为直接加热连续脱硅工艺的31.99%。间接加热连续脱硅的综合能耗为直接加热连续脱硅工艺的42.2%。

Abstract:Several desilication processes at the first stage applied in Sintering Process were compared by the energy consume calculation. The results indicated that the new stream consumption of the desilication process under normal pressure was less than that of desilication process under high pressure whether in direct heating or indirect heating, and 52% new stream was needed compared with that of desilication process under high pressure in direct hearting. Comparison of the total energy consume under high pressure in direct heating, the desilication process under normal pressure consumed less energy, and 31.99%, 42.2% total energy under normal pressure and under high pressure in indirect heating was needed, respectively.
