| 摘 要： | 本文介绍目前蓝宝石晶体主要的抛光方法，包括机械抛光、化学抛光、化学机械抛光、激光抛光等，并对它们的工作原理、特点作了分析和总结，特别对最近出现的一种新的抛光技术——激光抛光技术作了详细的介绍。
