摘    要:基于采空区三维激光扫描方法的井下三维建模技术,是近年来新兴的矿山井下监测新技术。该技术对于井下工程结构数字化、井下构筑物变形量计算及稳定性分析、矿山辅助设计、采矿损失贫化分析等具有重要意义。矿山应用实践证明,采空区三维激光扫描系统,不受作业环境的限制,能够克服传统监测方法的观测数据少、效率低等问题,实现非接触式远距离高精度测量,从而快速建立井下构筑物的三维模型。尾矿库在线智能监测系统,利用遍布尾矿库各监测点的传感器实时,获取尾矿库的各项运行数据;再采用多信息融合技术将数据进行整合重组,送入尾矿库安全性分析模块进行计算,从而在线监控尾矿库的运行状态。当尾矿库出现安全隐患时,系统能及时判断并发出预警信号,提示相关部门进行处理,从而有效杜绝尾矿库溃坝及人员伤亡事故的发生。同时,系统将尾矿库的运行数据进行互联网发布,相关矿山监管人员可以通过互联网方便、直观地了解尾矿库的运行状态。当发生尾矿库灾害事件时,相关部门也可以通过该系统进行事件跟踪、辅助决策和应急指挥调度。

Abstract:Underground three-dimensional modeling technique based on goaf three-dimensional laser scanning method,is a new technology in underground monitoring in recent years.This technology has great significance to digitization of underground engineering structures,deformation calculating and stability analysis of underground structures,aided design in mines,loss and dilution analysis.Application practice in mines has proved that,goaf three-dimensional laser scanning system can be not subjected to operating environment,overcome the problems of little observational data and low efficiency in traditional monitoring methods,achieve non-contact long-distance high-precision measurement and then the three-dimensional model of underground structures will be built up rapidly.Online intelligent tailing ponds monitoring system can monitoring the operation status of tailing ponds online by the way that each sensor on monitoring point real-time obtains the operation data of the tailing ponds,after that the data will be integrated and restructured with multi-information fusion technology,at last it will be calculated in safety analysis module.When the security risks appear,the system will make judgment and warning without delay.As a result,relevant departments will be able to handle that situation in order to make sure no people will get injured.At the same time,the system will put out the operation data of tailing ponds over internet.The relevant supervising officers can get the operation status easily and intuitively from internet.When tailing ponds disaster strikes,relevant departments can also use this system for event tracing,decision support and emergency command and control.
