LF炉精炼渣资源化特性

摘    要:采用化学成份分析、XRD,SEM,EDS对LF炉精炼渣资源化特性进行检测、分析。结果表明:LF炉精炼渣中w(Al2O3)=20%-40%。主要存在两个含铝矿物相C12A7,C3A。其中:C12A7为基底相,C3A呈中心对称的条索状三维结构,易于机械单体解离,便于选矿分离利用。此外,LF炉渣中w(f-CaO)〈10%,w(C3A)=21.67%,w(C12A7)=58.67%,C12A7相中w(Al2O3)=78.86%。LF炉精炼渣活性较高,极易通过化学手段将原有结构破坏,无需煅烧,可直接进行酸碱处理提取AlO3。

Abstract:The properties of LF refining slag were studied with compositional analysis, XRD, SEM, EDS, etc. The results showed that LF refining slag with w(Al2O3) =20%-40%, has two main phase: C3A and C12A7. C12A7 is basis phase, and C3A phase is central symmertrical 3-D structure with clavated antenna extending in different directions. It is easy to separate mechanically and utilize after mineral processing. In addition, w(f-CaO)〈10%, while w(C3A) is about 21.67%, and w( C12A7 ) is about 58.67% in LF refining slag, and w(Al2O3) in C12A7 is about 78.85 %. High activated LF refining slag was easily destroyed by chemical means, and Al2O3 can be extracted through acidolysis without calcineding.
