汽动给水泵转动部件卡涩原因分析及防范措施

摘    要:通过对多台600MW火电机组给水泵组的配置和试运情况的调研,分析了汽动给水泵转动部件卡涩的原因,主要有中、低压给水系统及泵芯包内部清洁度差,给水泵芯包动静间隙小,启动时暖泵不良等,在此基础上提出了泵组转动部件卡涩的防范措施,如做好系统管道的冲洗工作,适当加大给水泵动静间隙,泵组投运前充分暖泵。

Abstract:By investigating feed water pumps design and commission of the 600MW thermal power generation units,the reasons of rotational parts jam fault in turbine-driven feed water pump were analyzed. They include uncleanness of medium-low pressure feed water pump system and pump core bindle,feed water pump core bindle undersized gap and so on. The measures to prevent the jam fault were submitted,which can be taken as successful experiences for commission and operating of the turbine-driven feed water pump henceforth.
