| 摘 要： | 在元件性能检测的试验中需要检测泄漏量,常用的测量仪表测量的流量值都比较大,对微小流量不能精确测量,针对微小流量测量的问题,研制了一种简易测量装置,采用光、电、液控制,提高了微小流量测量的精度,而且简单,可靠,成本低。

| Abstract: | Needs to examine the spillage in the part performance examination experiment.At present the commonly used survey liquid flow instrument measuring appliance surveys the flow rate quite is all big.To the small current capacity cannot the precision measuring in view of the small flow measurement question.Has developed one kind of simple metering equipment.Uses the light,the electricity,the fluid control.Increased the small flow measurement precision.Moreover is simple,reliable.The cost is low. |
