国内铋湿法冶金技术

摘    要:评述了国内铋湿法冶金的研究现状,分析其发展趋势。介绍7种处于研究阶段和已有工业生产实践的处理复杂铋精矿和低品位矿石的湿法冶金流程,指出各自的特点;适用范围和存在的问题。郑重介绍矿浆电解技术,其各项技术经济指标好于传统的火法炼铋。铋湿法冶金技术将会越来越受到重视。

Abstract:The results of investigation on treatment of bismuth minerals by using hydrometallurgical processes in China are reviewed in this paper Seven processes for complicated concentrates or low grade ores are introduced The features and imperfectness of each technique are described respectively The slurry electrolysis technology is the focal point It has been applied to treat complicated bismuth concentrates in commercial practice The comparison of technical and economical parameters of slurry electrolysis with smelting process is given The bismuth hydrometallurgical processes will play an important role in bismuth production
